工作人员服务很好，改变了我对万豪的印象。住了几次万豪旗下，第一次有工作人员记得我的房间号，很是感动。服务是有求必应，很亲切。从金兰度假村住过来，度假村的员工是不打招呼的，刚开始不太喜欢芽庄，觉得这里的服务冷漠。但喜来登所有员工都会亲切地打招呼。大堂里的员工英语都沟通没问题，也有专门的中文员工，但不是每天都当职。房间中规中矩，毕竟建了有年头了，设施比较老，全是地毯。房间床品没有味道。位置就在马路边，海景似乎每个房间都差不多，有阳台可以看海景，但是太吵了。市内的位置，附近有好吃的饭店，饮品店，超市，夜市，都是步行距离，可以感受芽庄当地生活。早餐的种类不少，味道一般，比较咸。pizza 4p’s的意面披萨不错，天天吃，不会太咸。泳池现在太冷了，小童俱乐部很小。

I was impressed by the service of all the staff here who are so friendly and always ensuring that we have an awesome and memorable stay! We were greeted and served by Guest Service Agent, Ethan, whose service was commendable and praiseworthy! Our room was ocean facing and the view was superd! Room is big and spacious. Staff attended so quickly and promptly for housekeeping needs. Staff serving at the buffet breakfast were all friendly and helpful as well! Staff here served with a service of excellence! Will definitely be back!

我觉得还是比较不错的，房间有浴缸。酒店马路对面就是海。非常方便，女孩子一个人出去旅游安全还是非常重要的。这个酒店的位置离很多市区的景点都非常近。

When checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, "Sir, this is the Sheraton!". It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.
